1. Structural Features

The titanium plate aerator is mainly composed of the following parts:

Main material: high-purity titanium or titanium alloy (such as TA2), with strong corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.

Microporous titanium plate: a dense and uniform microporous structure is formed by powder metallurgy sintering process, and the pore size is generally between 20 and 100 microns.

Interface structure: standard R1/2'' threaded interface, which is convenient for quick connection of various pipeline systems.

2. Working Principle

The air source enters the titanium plate aerator through the pipeline, and is evenly released through its micropores to form bubbles with extremely small diameters (microbubbles), which slowly rise in the water body, effectively prolonging the residence time of the bubbles in the water, thereby improving the dissolution efficiency of oxygen.

Small microbubble size → large surface area

5. Core Advantages

5.1. Excellent corrosion resistance

Titanium has a natural oxide film and does not react with most acids and alkalis, making it suitable for highly corrosive wastewater (such as electroplating solution, seawater, and chlorine-containing wastewater).

5.2. High oxygen utilization rate

The microbubble structure significantly increases the gas-liquid contact area, and the dissolution efficiency is more than 30% higher than that of traditional materials.

5.3. Strong adaptability to high temperature and high pressure

Suitable for aeration of high-temperature industrial wastewater or deep waters to avoid equipment damage under extreme conditions.

5.4. Long service life

The service life can reach more than 10 years, far exceeding that of general aerators (such as EPDM, which is usually 1 to 2 years), greatly reducing maintenance costs.

5.5. Easy maintenance

Strong self-cleaning ability, not easy to scale, and no clogging during long-term operation; performance can be restored by acid cleaning or ultrasonic when necessary.

6. Selection Guidance

Small and medium-sized municipal projects: CS-150 is recommended, which is cost-effective and suitable for mainstream sewage treatment processes.

High-salt/high-pollution industrial water: CS-200 is recommended, which has a large aeration coverage area and higher efficiency.

Systems with limited space or local oxygenation: CS-100 is recommended, which is flexible to install and suitable for local area oxygenation.
