Titanium Spherical Aeration Head

Titanium Spherical Aeration Head

Titanium alloy aerators are widely used in municipal sewage, industrial effluent, seawater aquaculture, and high-end water treatment. They offer corrosion resistance, high-temperature endurance, high oxygen utilization, and long service life.

Product Introduction

Titanium alloy aerators are widely used in municipal wastewater treatment, industrial effluent treatment, seawater aquaculture, and advanced water treatment systems. They offer outstanding corrosion resistance, high-temperature durability, high oxygen transfer efficiency, and long service life.

Structural Design

The titanium spherical aeration head features a spherical crown structure, manufactured from high-strength titanium alloy (such as TA2). Its microporous structure is precisely formed using advanced powder metallurgy sintering technology.

Key Components:

Spherical Diffusion Surface
The crown-shaped design enables more uniform bubble distribution and enhanced gas-liquid contact.

Microporous Titanium Material
Generates fine, evenly distributed microbubbles, creating an "air curtain" effect.

Standard Interface
Equipped with an R1/2" threaded connection for easy integration with aeration piping systems.

Reinforced Base
Provides enhanced structural strength and pressure resistance.

Working Principle

Similar to titanium plate aerators, the spherical aeration head disperses air evenly through its microporous structure, producing extremely fine bubbles.

These microbubbles:

Diffuse in all directions along the spherical surface

Increase the effective gas-liquid contact area

Significantly improve oxygen transfer efficiency

Spherical structure + microporous bubbles → multi-directional diffusion + efficient mass transfer

Slow-rising microbubbles → enhanced oxygen dissolution + reduced air loss

CST-150 Ø150 76 R1/2" 0.8 32.22–45.33%
CST-180 Ø180 82 R1/2" 1.0 32.22–45.33%

Application Scenarios

Municipal Wastewater Treatment

Suitable for localized aeration in MBR membrane tanks, sedimentation tanks, and lift stations.

High-Precision Industrial Wastewater

Ideal for oily or viscous wastewater in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing industries.

Circulating Water / Equalization Tanks

Ensures uniform aeration, eliminates dead zones, and improves overall water activation efficiency.

Seawater Aquaculture

Excellent resistance to chloride corrosion; provides uniform oxygenation and supports ecological balance.

Ozone Oxidation Systems

Functions effectively as an ozone diffuser, enhancing gas-liquid reaction efficiency.

Core Advantages

1. Spherical Crown Design

Compared to flat aerators, the spherical structure enables 360° bubble diffusion, ensuring higher uniformity.

2. No Dead Zones

Prevents localized oxygen concentration and ensures even aeration distribution across the entire tank.

3. Anti-Clogging Performance

Titanium material resists corrosion and scaling, while uniform micropores reduce clogging risk.

4. Strong Compatibility

Standardized interfaces allow easy integration with existing systems (pipes, quick couplings, flanges).

5. Energy Efficiency

Oxygen utilization rates up to 45%, reducing blower load and lowering energy consumption.

Selection Guide
