Structural Design
The titanium spherical aeration head is a spherical crown structure, made of high-strength titanium alloy material (such as TA2), and its microporous structure is precisely sintered by powder metallurgy technology.
Key components include:
Spherical diffusion surface: The spherical crown design makes the bubble distribution more uniform and the gas-liquid contact more sufficient;
Microporous titanium material: The bubble diameter is small and the distribution is dense, forming an "air curtain" effect;
Standard interface: R1/2'' threaded interface, which is convenient for docking with the aeration pipe system;
Reinforced base: Enhance the compressive strength of the overall structure.
Working Principle
Similar to the titanium plate aerator, the titanium spherical aeration head releases the air source evenly into extremely fine bubbles through its micropores. These bubbles diffuse in all directions along the sphere, forming a wider range of dissolved oxygen surface, effectively improving the oxygen transfer efficiency.
