Product Introduction

Nickel alloy elbows are designed for piping systems exposed to severe corrosion, elevated temperatures, and demanding pressure conditions. Compared with conventional stainless steel, nickel-based alloys can provide enhanced resistance to specific corrosive media and high-temperature environments.

We supply nickel alloy pipe elbows and other butt-weld fittings for chemical processing, petrochemical, marine, power generation, offshore, and other demanding industrial applications.

Nickel Alloy Elbow Size Range

Seamless: 1/2" to 24"

Welded: 26" to 60"

Custom sizes available according to drawings and project requirements

Elbow Radius

Long Radius (LR): R = 1.5D

Short Radius (SR): R = 1D

Special Radius: 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D, 10D, 20D

Special-radius elbows can be manufactured for applications requiring specific flow characteristics, installation dimensions, or piping layouts.

Wall Thickness

Available wall thicknesses include:

SCH 5S, SCH 10S, SCH 10, SCH 20, SCH 30, SCH 40S, STD, XS, SCH 60, SCH 80S, SCH 80, SCH 160 and XXS

Actual wall thickness and dimensional tolerances depend on the applicable standard, material grade, size, and manufacturing requirements.
