Application of Titanium anode for Ru-Ti coated
Product advantages:
High current efficiency (chlorine or oxygen evolution environment), excellent corrosion resistance, long electrode service life, electrode specifications and dimensions can be designed according to user needs, electrode substrate can be reused multiple times, and there is no pollution to the medium
Application :
chlor alkali industry, sodium hypochlorite industry, sewage treatment industry, freshwater disinfection
Application of Titanium anode for Ruthenium iridium coated
Product advantages:
The anode size is stable, and the electrode spacing does not change during the electrolysis process, which can ensure that the electrolysis operation is carried out under the condition of stable cell voltage. Low working voltage, low energy consumption, and can reduce consumption by about 20%. Titanium anodes have a long working life, and in the chlorine gas production industry using the diaphragm method, metal anodes are resistant to corrosion by chlorine and alkali. It can overcome the dissolution problem of graphite anode and lead anode, avoid pollution of electrolyte and cathode products, and improve product quality and can increase current density.
Application :
Chlor-alkali industry, chlorine dioxide production, chlorate industry, hypochlorite industry, perchlorate production, hospital sewage treatment, persulfate production, food utensils disinfection, and ion water production
Application of Titanium anode for iridium Tantalum coated
Product advantages:
The electrolytic extraction of metals in sulfuric acid solution, the precipitation of oxygen on the anode, and the selection of appropriate anode materials is a very important issue. Titanium electrodes coated with tantalum iridium series have low oxygen overpotential and are not corroded by electrolyte. The iridium oxide coating exhibits excellent electrolytic durability. The initial anode potential is 1.51V, and after 6000 hours, it is 1.64V. The weight loss of the coating is 0mg/M2
When using lead based alloy electrodes (containing 6% to 15% Sb or 1% Ag) in electrolytic production, the lead anode will dissolve, consuming the anode material and affecting the anode's service life. Moreover, the lead dissolved in the solution will precipitate on the cathode, increasing the lead impurities in the metal and reducing product quality.
The ruthenium based coating will be severely damaged under this working condition, so it is not suitable for use. The initial anode potential is 1.48V, and after 1000 hours, it rises to 2.0V, indicating that the anode has been passivated.
Application :
Electrolytic production of non-ferrous metals, disinfection of food utensils, production of electrolytic silver catalysts, treatment of dyeing and finishing wastewater in wool mills, electrolytic manufacturing of copper foil, galvanizing of steel plates, chromium plating, recovery of mercury by electrolytic oxidation, rhodium plating, palladium plating, gold plating, water electrolysis, molten salt electrolysis, battery production, cathodic protection, ion water production, printed circuit plates
