1. The sponge titanium is pressed into the electrode through a press to form a compact sponge titanium pressed block electrode.
2. Vacuum casting
At 1700-1800℃ and - 103pa, three times of vacuum casting were carried out on the electrode of the pressed sponge titanium block
3. Cogging
Under the condition of 1000 ℃, the billet is opened by oil press and finally pressed into square billet
4. First rolling
Under the condition of 970 ~ 980 ℃, the cylinder shaped blank is initially rolled by rolling mill.
5. Second rolling
At 950 ℃, the blank is rolled by rolling mill.
There are many rolling methods, which can be classified according to different characteristics. Extrusion is classified according to metal flow and deformation characteristics, including forward extrusion, reverse extrusion and special extrusion. Special extrusion includes hydrostatic extrusion, continuous extrusion, lateral extrusion, combined extrusion, composite extrusion, cladding extrusion, peeling extrusion, water sealing extrusion, bitter die extrusion, powder extrusion, semi melting extrusion, liquid extrusion, etc. According to the classification of temperature, there are hot extrusion, warm extrusion and cold extrusion. Hot extrusion and cold extrusion are two major branches of extrusion. Hot extrusion is mainly used in metallurgical industry system, which is commonly known as extrusion; cold extrusion is applied in mechanical industry system; warm extrusion is developed relatively late and its application range is small.
