Porous Titanium Sintered Filter Plates
Low density
High specific strength
Good corrosion resistance
Product Introduction
The porous titanium sintered filter plate is manufactured from high-purity Grade 1/Grade 2 titanium sponge powder through pressing and high-temperature vacuum sintering. It is a functional porous metal material widely used in electrochemical and filtration systems.
It is especially suitable for hydrogen and oxygen production in electrolytic cells, where stable gas-liquid separation and high corrosion resistance are required.
Key Features
High porosity and uniform pore distribution
Low filtration resistance
High permeability and flow efficiency
Excellent corrosion resistance
High mechanical strength and pressure resistance
