Swirl Electrolytic Anode Technology
In the application of swirl electrolysis technology, it is the key device.Swirling electrolysis technology is completed through a complete set of device systems, including electrolytic cells, solution distribution systems, power systems and control systems, and engineering distribution systems. Among them, titanium tubular anode for swirl electrolysis is the key device. Each swirl electrolytic device uses stainless steel (titanium) as the cathode cylinder. As the cathode starting plate, it is placed in the cylinder and closely attached to the inner wall. The conductive area of the cathode is 0.5m2 or 1m2. Swirl Electrolysis
1. The swirl electrolysis cathode adopt Gr1 titanium tube, and its size is 219*3*1550mm.
2. The original electrode plate is Gr2 pure titanium plate, size 0.3-0.5mm, processed into a 219mm cylinder, and then placed in the cathode cylinder.
3. The swirl electrolytic anode uses 57*3*1500mm, and the titanium-copper composite rod is used as the conductive part.
4. The titanium tubular anode for swirl electrolysis is positioned in the middle of the copper cathode through the upper and lower positioning rods to ensure equal electrode spacing. The coating is titanium coated iridium oxide.
5. The electrolyte is driven into the cathode tube at high speed from the bottom to the top by the infusion pump to perform eddy current metal deposition.
6. The current density of the commonly used swirl electrolytic cathode is 500-600A/m2, and the swirl electrolytic anode current density is between 1400-1700.
7. The upper and lower plastic covers of this device are ABS plastic, and the upper cover has exhaust ports.
8. The conductive part is in the lower part. The device is based on groups. Usually, a group of 10-24 branches are used in series. The voltage of a single tank is about 1.5v.
