MMO Mesh Belt Anode
MMO mesh belt anode (mesh anode) is based on titanium mesh belt, which is coated with a layer of MMO (precious metal mixed oxide) through a special process. Generally used for the cathodic protection of the outer wall of the storage tank floor and the concrete structure. A mesh plane structure auxiliary anode bed formed by cross-welding the MMO mesh belt anode and the titanium conductive sheet.
The MMO mesh anode impressed current cathodic protection device is composed of a potentiostat, mesh anode and anode cable junction box. A number of long-acting copper sulfate reference electrodes or high-purity zinc reference electrodes are arranged in the anode net to form a net-shaped anode impressed current cathodic protection device. The mesh belt anode can evenly disperse the current to the outer wall surface of the adjacent tank bottom plate, reducing the risk of over protection or under protection. And it is not restricted by the use environment, even in concrete with extremely high soil resistivity.
