Ru Ti Sn Coated Anode

In the electrocatalytic oxidation technology, the DSA titanium anode is the key factor to complete the electrochemical reaction and improve the current efficiency. Coosing the appropriate anode material is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the electrochemical reaction. We used the ternary oxide composite Ti/RuO2-IrO2-SnO2 as the anode for electrocatalytic oxidation of pharmaceutical wastewater.

By studying the effects of it distance, current density, initial pH and air flow on the electrocatalytic degradation performance of organic matter in pharmaceutical wastewater, we finally determined the optimal reaction conditions and studied the energy consumption of the reaction.The development of Ru Ti Sn Coated Anode has greatly degraded organic pollutants in pharmaceutical wastewater.

High concentration wastewater is treated by electrochemical technology, and the refractory pollutants are oxidized directly into simple inorganic compounds such as H2O and CO2. It has good stability and catalytic activity and quickly gained popularity and has been widely used. Ti/RuO2-IrO2-SnO2 anode has the advantages of high oxygen evolution potential, low cost, and easy operation, but also has low stability and short life.

1. The chlorine evolution potential is low and the overpotential is small. At 2000A / m2 current density, the chlorine gas discharge potential is not greater than 1.12V, and the overpotential is less than 20mV.
