Medical Titanium Rod Gr5 ELI (also known as Gr23, UNS R56401) is a high-performance biomedical titanium alloy material used for manufacturing surgical implants, prostheses, artificial organs, and therapeutic medical devices.

Gr5 ELI (Extra Low Interstitial) is an optimized version of Ti-6Al-4V with reduced oxygen and iron content, offering superior ductility and fracture toughness compared with standard Grade 5 titanium. It combines:

  • Outstanding corrosion resistance

  • Elastic modulus closer to human bone
