Titanium–Copper Clad Bars are advanced bimetallic conductors engineered for demanding electrochemical environments. They combine the exceptional electrical conductivity of copper with the outstanding corrosion resistance of titanium, making them the preferred solution for electrowinning, electrorefining, and electroplating systems operating in aggressive acidic electrolytes.

Core Material – Copper

Grade: C11000 / T2 / ETP

Electrical conductivity: ≥99.9% IACS

Function: Efficient current transmission with minimal power loss

Cladding Material – Titanium

Grade: ASTM Grade 1 or Grade 2

Excellent resistance to sulfuric acid, chlorides, and mixed electrolytes
