Product Introduction

Grade 7 Titanium Pipe (Ti-0.2Pd) is a titanium-palladium alloy developed by adding a small amount of palladium (Pd) to commercially pure titanium. It offers significantly improved corrosion resistance compared with pure titanium, especially in reducing acid environments, chloride-containing media, and high-temperature corrosive conditions.

Due to its excellent resistance to general corrosion, crevice corrosion, and localized corrosion, Grade 7 titanium pipe is widely used in chemical processing equipment, heat exchangers, condensers, desalination systems, and corrosion-resistant piping applications.

The addition of palladium enhances the stability of the passive oxide film on titanium, allowing Grade 7 titanium to maintain reliable performance in environments where conventional titanium grades may experience corrosion attack.
