MMO Titanium Ribbon Anode Cathodic Protection
MMO Titanium Anode, additionally called as MMO anode. MMO is the condensing of Blended Metal Oxide. The substrate is titanium, which is covered with valuable metal oxide to acquire great electrocatalytic action and conductivity. It's otherwise called DSA anode (Aspect Stable Anode), DSE (Aspect Stable terminal), PMTA (Valuable Metal-covered Titanium Anode), OCTA (Oxide Covered Titanium Anode), ATA (Initiated Titanium Anode, or NMCA (Respectable Metal Covered Anode).
Cathodic protection principle:
Cathodic protection technology is a kind of electrochemical protection technology. Its principle is to apply an external current to the surface of the metal structure to be corroded, and the structure to be protected becomes the cathode, so that the electron migration of metal corrosion can be suppressed and the corrosion can be avoided or reduced.
