Product Introduction

Ir-Ta titanium anodes are mixed metal oxide (MMO) coated titanium electrodes designed for demanding electrochemical applications, including PCB manufacturing, copper recovery, electroplating, wastewater treatment, and cathodic protection systems.

The titanium substrate is coated with a proprietary iridium-tantalum oxide (IrO₂-Ta₂O₅) catalytic layer, providing excellent corrosion resistance, low operating voltage, high electrocatalytic activity, and extended service life. These anodes perform reliably in aggressive acidic and alkaline environments and are particularly suitable for copper recovery from etching and micro-etching solutions.
