Cathodic electrodeposition is a coating process commonly used in car body manufacturing, and it is the main means to improve the service life (corrosion resistance) of the car body. Since the chlorine content is very obvious to the corrosion of stainless steel anode, the amount of chlorine content has no effect on the titanium anode. The titanium anode is a dimensionally stable anode. As long as a small amount of active coating is lost during the working process, the titanium substrate is always in a state of no loss during production. After the anode is deactivated, only the active layer needs to be re-coated, and the titanium substrate can be used repeatedly, which can save a certain amount of money. Titanium anodes have a long service life. Using this anode to replace stainless steel anodes can avoid frequent replacement of anodes, which is conducive to stable normal production and simplified management.
