Product Introduction

A titanium anode basket is a specialized component used in electroplating, electrolysis, and hydrometallurgical processes. It serves as a container to hold soluble or insoluble anode materials and ensures uniform current distribution within the plating bath.

Manufactured from high-purity titanium, the basket is designed with a mesh or perforated structure, allowing electrolyte to flow freely and ensuring efficient contact between the anode material and the solution.

Key Features

Excellent corrosion resistance
Titanium (≥99.6% purity) performs exceptionally well in acidic and highly corrosive plating environments.

High mechanical strength & durability
Maintains structural integrity during long-term operation.

Efficient electrolyte circulation
Mesh/perforated design improves ion exchange and plating uniformity.

Stable electrical performance
Ensures consistent current distribution and plating quality.

Easy maintenance
Convenient loading, unloading, and cleaning of anode materials.

Operating Instructions (General)

  1. Preparation
Ensure the basket is clean and free of oil, oxides, or contaminants.

  2. Loading
Fill with anode material without overpacking to allow proper solution flow.

  3. Connection
Connect the basket to the positive terminal (anode); the workpiece is the cathode.

  4. Immersion
Submerge both basket and cathode in the electrolyte, avoiding direct contact.

  5. Operation
Apply appropriate current and voltage based on process requirements.

  6. Monitoring
Adjust parameters to maintain plating quality and efficiency.

  7. Post-Process Handling
Remove, rinse, and clean the basket after use to prevent contamination.
