Product Introduction
Titanium Mesh Ribbon Anode also named MMO titanium mesh anode and titanium mesh strip anode, which is done from the titanium ribbon plate, common size is 1.3*10mm, 1.3*13mm and 1.3*19mm. It is widely used in soil, fine sand, and groundwater. Base material of mmo titanium mesh anode is gr1 pure titanium, the common each coil length is about 76meters long.
Specifications
1. Titanium mesh strip is used for the base of the metal anode tape and the conductive tape, and its chemical composition should meet the requirements of GB / T3620-2007. The mechanical properties of the conductive tape shall comply with the provisions of ASTM B265.
2.The electrochemical performance of the anode coating should meet the requirements of following table;

4.The surface of mmo mesh strip anode should be free of contamination and impurities.
5. It shall not have more than two scratches per meter of anode. The length of each scratch shall be less than 10mm, the width shall be less than 2mm, and the depth shall not expose the substrate.
6. No more than two scratches allowed on the surface of the anode per meter, and the area of each scratch is less than 5mm2.
7.Inspection of the bonding state of the surface of the coating: Bending 180 degrees around the Ø20 metal rod is qualified if the coating does not fall off.
