We supply corrosion-resistant equipment to the Metal Finishing, Plating and Anodizing Industries,immersion coils in many different configurations to meet the specific needs of the industry. Grid coils are used to achieve the maximum heat transfer area in the least amount of dimensional space. Serpentine and "U" coils are used in situations were smaller heat transfer requirements are needed.

• Immersion coils is made to like superfine U coils, spiral coil, box type coil, drum type coil,'S' type coils, tapered, oval type coil, circular coils, serpentine coil, double helical coil, triple helical coil, half pipe coils.

• Titanium Immersion Coils are built from 1" OD tubing, provided with 3/4"-2" nipples or compression fittings. Standard coils are mounted in the horizontal and vertical positions and bottom mounting is available upon request. All coils are provided with a support brace between the Inlet and Outlet to ensure stability of the coil. All style coils are equipped for either water or steam. Grid coils are all made with square tube vertical manifolds. All coils are pressure tested at 150 psi, 100% inert gas purged welding to ensure the highest integrity welds possible. TITAN offers a 5 year warranty on all workmanship.

• Titanium Immersion Heating and Cooling Coils are offered in a variety of configurations. Standard designs include Grid, Serpentine, Helical and "U" coils.

  For low surface area requirements

  Designed for the high demands of corrosive chemical heating or cooling requiring minimal recovery time. Every inch of coil surface is active exchange area. Available in heavy wall, 20-gauge metal tubing available in steel, 316 stainless steel and titanium.
