Product Introduction
Product Overview
This heat exchanger adopts a PPR/PVC outer shell combined with a pure titanium threaded tube core. It is designed for high efficiency heat transfer, long service life, and reliable operation in aquatic, marine, and industrial refrigeration systems.
The structure provides excellent corrosion resistance, strong mechanical stability, and superior thermal performance compared to traditional heat exchangers.
Key Features & Advantages
Durable PPR/PVC Shell Structure
Lightweight and high-strength design
Environmentally friendly materials
Excellent corrosion resistance
Smooth inner wall prevents scaling and sediment buildup
Easy installation and maintenance
Energy-saving and cost-efficient structure
High-Performance Titanium Tube Core
Manufactured from seamless pure titanium threaded pipe
No mid-section welding, reducing leakage risk
Excellent resistance to seawater, chlorine, and chemical corrosion
Threaded Spiral Groove Design
Creates turbulence and eddy current flow
Provides self-cleaning capability
Effectively reduces fouling and scaling
Performance stability remains high over long-term operation with minimal heat transfer degradation.
Superior Heat Transfer Efficiency
Threaded tube design continuously changes flow cross-section
Maintains turbulent flow even at low velocities
Reduces thermal boundary layer resistance
Heat transfer efficiency is typically:
2–3 times higher than traditional smooth-tube heat exchangers.
Additional advantages:
Compact structure
Smaller heat exchange area
Thin-wall titanium tubes
Lightweight and space-saving design
