Titanium condenser is a heat exchange device made of high-quality titanium tubes that transfers part of the heat of the hot fluid to the cold fluid. It use high-quality condensed titanium tubes. In terms of physical properties, titanium tubes have many advantages such as lightweight and superior mechanical properties. The strength of titanium is high, and the tensile strength of pure titanium can reach up to 180kg/mm2. In practical application, the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger has a great relationship with the material and process characteristics of the heat exchanger. During the concentration process of materials, solutes or impurities often deposit and crystallize on the heating surface to form a scale layer, which affects heat transfer: some solutes are heat-sensitive, and stay at high temperatures for too long and are easy to deteriorate; some materials are more corrosive. or higher viscosity, etc.

1. The basis of the production operation is the certification of Stand Work issued by the Engineering Department. Our evaporators and condensers can be manufactured with different materials and can work with all types of fluids and with duty up to 6000 kW
2. We can give solutions to different heat exchange problems, according to the widest experience of technical departments able to suggest technical solutions best suited to each customer's need.
3. Production departments formulate detailed production plans and strictly implement them. Delays due to non-objective reasons must be reviewed in writing, including cause analysis and corrective measures.
4. Quality, production, business, finance, and other issues that happen daily, and must be submitted to the QCPC system.
5. For major quality problems, there must be a DIVE process, including defining problems, investigating and analyzing, finding out the root causes, proposing corrective measures, and tracking the complete process.

In a power plant, the condenser is an important heat exchanger related to the efficiency of the steam turbine, and its reliability ensures the performance and continuous operation of the power plant. In recent years, titanium has been considered a new type of pipe material showing many advantages. The tubing is primarily ASTM SB 338 Class 1 welded tubing manufactured on a continuous line. All manufacturing operations (welding, annealing, non-destructive testing) are fully automated, allowing high-quality tubing to be produced in high volumes.
