Titanium flange ball valves are quarter-turn shut-off valves that use a hollow, perforated, pivoting ball (floating ball design) to control fluid flow.
Working Principle
The valve is open when the ball bore aligns with the pipeline flow direction.
The valve is closed when the ball rotates 90° via the valve handle.
The handle position provides a visual indication of valve status:
Parallel to pipeline → Open
Perpendicular to pipeline → Closed
Titanium ball valves offer excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life, making them ideal for reliable shut-off applications in demanding environments.
