Advantages

Excellent electrical conductivity (copper core)

Superior corrosion resistance (titanium cladding)

Long service life & low maintenance

Stable performance in harsh electrolytes

Key Benefit

Replaces pure copper bars in corrosive environments, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.

Product Description

Titanium clad copper bars are manufactured through metallurgical bonding of titanium onto a copper core. With a titanium layer thickness of 0.8–1.2 mm, the product ensures full protection under strong corrosive conditions while maintaining high conductivity.

Advanced Bonding Technology

Metallurgical Bonding

High extrusion ratio ensures strong bonding between titanium and copper.

High Strength

Interface strength ≥125 MPa, shear strength up to 250 MPa.

Reliable Integrity

Bonding rate ≥99.8%, minimal delamination risk.

Applications

Electroplating systems

Water treatment & electrolysis

Chlor-alkali industry

Metal anodes (MMO / DSA)

Conductive bus bars

High-current electrochemical systems Corrosion-critical environments
