Grade 5 titanium tube

Grade 5 titanium tube

The most widely used high strength titanium alloy is grade 5 titanium tube, which is an alpha-beta alloy. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in alkaline, chemical, and chloride concentrates in addition to its excellent mechanical strength and low density (4.42 kg/dm3).

Product Introduction

Grade 5 titanium tube (Ti-6Al-4V, TC4) is the most widely used high-strength titanium alloy. It is an α-β alloy combining excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance in extreme environments such as aerospace, marine, chemical, and industrial systems.
