The width of our flat wire ranges from 0.002" to 1.00" (0.05 mm to 25.40 mm) and the thickness ranges from 0.0002" to 0.210" (0.00508 mm to 5.33 mm). In order to remove internal stresses and produce the strongest wire products possible, we can also recommend intermediate annealing stages for a wide range of titanium nickel alloy memory wire, including nitinol flat wire and stainless steel.
