Width: 0.002" – 1.00" (0.05 mm – 25.40 mm)
Thickness: 0.0002" – 0.210" (0.00508 mm – 5.33 mm)
For enhanced mechanical performance, we can recommend intermediate annealing processes to eliminate internal stress and maximize strength. This applies to a wide range of materials, including nickel-titanium (Nitinol) memory alloys, flat wire, and stainless steel.
