Product Introduction
Titanium serpentine coil is one type of titanium immersion coils. Titanium immersion coils are designed for passing heated fluid (hot water, steam or thermal transfer oil) through the coil to heat the solution to the correct temperature. It is designed for the high demands of corrosive chemical heating or cooling requiring minimal recovery time. Every inch of coil surface is active exchange area. It is using Gr2 titanium, purity up to 99.7%, high corrosion resistance, applicable to acid liquid heating and cooling.
It is used for large heating up or cooling down of larger process tanks. The serpentine coil design has the ability to maintain or increase your tank temperature more efficiently, at a lower cost. It can be used with steam, hot water, cooling coils, or heat transfer/exchange systems. It is processing by using high quality titanium tube. Titanium tube has a strong resistance to corrosion, acid and alkali. The corrosion in seawater is essentially zero, and it's not easy to create oxide layer in the surface.
