Product Introduction

Overview

Grade 5 Titanium Bar (Ti-6Al-4V) is the most widely used titanium alloy, containing approximately 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium. It offers an excellent combination of high strength, low weight, corrosion resistance, and good fatigue performance, making it one of the most versatile titanium alloys.

Compared with commercially pure titanium, Grade 5 provides significantly higher mechanical strength while maintaining good weldability and formability. Due to its outstanding mechanical properties and reliability, it is extensively used in aerospace, medical, marine, and industrial applications.

Typical components manufactured from Grade 5 titanium bars include fasteners, turbine components, structural parts, and precision machined components.

Available diameters typically range from 3.175 mm (0.125") up to 200 mm, with customized sizes available according to project requirements.
