Production Processing
Pure titanium tube billets is rolled many times to the final size you required, then heat treatment, surface etched, flared, hydrostatic, ET and UT detection, dimensional and visual inspection, packaged then deliver.
Such as the general size of the tube blank is 88.9mm, and rolling to 25.4mm or 19.05mm is completed through four processes.

Performance
Excellent high and low-temperature performance.
At high temperatures, seamless titanium tubes can still maintain good mechanical properties. Their heat resistance is much higher than aluminum alloys, and their operating temperature range is wide. At present, the working temperature of new heat-resistant titanium alloys can reach 550-600 °C. At low temperature, the strength of titanium alloy is increased than that at normal temperature, and it has good toughness. Low temperature titanium alloy can still maintain good toughness at -253 ℃. Seamless titanium tube has strong corrosion resistance. In the air below 550 ℃, titanium will quickly form a thin and dense titanium oxide film. Therefore, its corrosion resistance is better than that of most stainless steels in oxidizing media such as air, sea water, nitric acid and sulfuric acid, and strong alkali.
Application of titanium tubes
1. In the military industry: nuclear-powered submarines, hydrofoil boats, mortar tubes, anti-tank missiles, missile launchers, tank protection plates, bullet-proof vests, etc.
