Gr12 Titanium Wire
Ti-12 alloy is a kind of titanium alloy resistant to crevice corrosion. The tensile strength of this alloy at 300 is twice that of pure titanium, and the corrosion resistance of reducing media is significantly improved.
Product Introduction
GR12 titanium wire (titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy) has a nominal composition of Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni. It is researched and developed by the United States in the mid-1970s. It is a crevice corrosion-resistant titanium alloy. The tensile strength is twice that of pure titanium, the corrosion resistance of reducing media is obviously improved, and crevice corrosion does not occur in the chloride of 150-200. It is commonly used in applications in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments.

Application
Gr12 Titanium wire-molybdenum alloy has excellent high temperature strength, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, which can operate stably for a long time in many acid, salt and alkaline environments. It also has good processability and can be easily made into filaments of various shapes and sizes.
It has a wide range of applications, and is usually used in the manufacture of high-temperature equipment, oil well pipelines in the oil and gas industry, chemical equipment and high-temperature furnaces and other applications in high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive environments. In addition, It is also widely used in the manufacture of high-temperature engine and turbine components in the aerospace field, as well as applications in high-temperature, high-pressure environments such as rocket engines.
