Product Introduction

Gr9 titanium wire is a common titanium alloy wire material, also known as Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy. It is composed of an alloy of more than 90% pure titanium, 3% aluminum, and 2.5% vanadium, and has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

It has good features in industrial applications;

1. High strength: Gr9 titanium alloy wire has high tensile strength and yield strength.

2. Lightweight: titanium gr9 wire is 50% lighter than steel and nearly 60% lighter than copper.

3. Good corrosion resistance: Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy has good corrosion resistance to oxidizing media, seawater and most organic acids and alkalis.

4. Good fatigue resistance: titanium alloy wire has good fatigue resistance to reciprocating loads and vibration loads.

5. Good machinability: ti wire is easy to process and can be made into wires of various shapes and sizes.
