The copper braid soft connection uses pure copper braided wire as conductors, and high-quality copper tubes are used at both ends, and the surface of the copper tube is tinned. After disposal, use the cold pressing method to make soft connection and soft grounding wire, it has high conductivity, strong fatigue resistance, large bending degree, easy heat dissipation, certain expansion and contraction range, easy installation and more convenient use.
Copper braid performance:
It is made of high-quality round copper wire with diameters of 0.10mm, 0.15mm, and 0.20mm, or made of tinned copper braided wire diameter of 0.10mm and 0.15mm with multiple strands (24.36.48 ingots) and single-layer or multi-layer weaving. The DC resistivity (20) of the copper braid soft connection is not greater than 0.022Ω.mm2/m, and the DC resistivity (20) of the tin-soft copper braid is not greater than 0.0234Ω.mm2/m.
