Iridium–tantalum oxide coated titanium anodes are dimensionally stable anodes (DSA) widely used in hydrometallurgical and electrochemical metal processing industries.
The anode consists of a Grade 1 titanium substrate coated with a catalytic mixed metal oxide layer composed of:
Iridium oxide (IrO₂)
Tantalum oxide (Ta₂O₅)
