Product Introduction
The Titanium Venturi Scrubber is an advanced air pollution control system designed for highly corrosive and high-temperature exhaust gas treatment. It utilizes the venturi effect to achieve intense gas–liquid contact, enabling efficient removal of gaseous pollutants and fine particulates.
Constructed from Grade 7 titanium (Ti-Pd alloy), the system offers exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals such as acids, chlorides, and oxidizing gases, ensuring long-term reliability in extreme industrial environments.
Working Principle
Exhaust gas is accelerated through a venturi throat, creating a high-velocity jet that enhances turbulence and mixing with the scrubbing liquid. Pollutants are captured through absorption and chemisorption, then separated from the gas stream via mist elimination systems.
