Titanium Filler Rod

Titanium Rod Ti3Al2.5V/Grade 9
ASTM B338 Fully Annealed
ASTM B338 CWSR
AMS 4943/4/5

Product Introduction

Titanium filler rods represent one of the most widely used titanium alloy products in advanced engineering applications. Among them, Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5, "6-4") is the industry standard, combining high strength, excellent weldability, heat-treat capability, and superior fatigue resistance.

Designed for demanding environments, titanium filler rods are extensively used in precision welding processes, including:

  • Plasma Arc Welding (PAW)

  • Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW / TIG)

Their stable metallurgical performance ensures consistent weld quality, structural integrity, and long-term durability.
