Baoji City Changsheng Titanium Co., Ltd was established in 2003, we have our own forging factory and rolling titanium bar factory, the former melting process was done in another factory, the factory production capacity is 100 tons per month. In the 2014 year, our boss start to do the trade business titanium plate, we have about 150 tons of titanium pate in stock, for sale. In 2017, our boss invested a tube rolling factory, The production capacity is 30 tons per month. If you like, wish you can come and visit our factory by yourself.

Titanium Bar Production Line
Titanium sponge 3 tons press it to make electrode and welding gather melting twice and then peeled to get titanium ingot to forge it to make square billet, then forge to make round bar 180mm, 250kg per pc check the surface and repair finish forge to get diameter 100mm below titanium bar, heat treating (700 Celsius and 80 mins)----roll it again and again to 15/14mm bar, annealing (720-740 Celsius and 60-70 mins) draw first to keeps the bar circular, the bar would be 14/13mm check the surface and repair again annealing (670-680 Celsius and 60 mins) peeled to get the 10/12/13mm bar.
