Product Introduction
6Al-4V Titanium Sheet (Grade 5) is the most widely used titanium alloy sheet in industrial and aerospace applications. It contains approximately 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, which significantly improves the alloy's mechanical strength compared with commercially pure titanium.
This alpha-beta titanium alloy offers an excellent combination of high strength, low density, corrosion resistance, and good heat-treatability, making it suitable for demanding structural applications.
Due to its superior strength-to-weight ratio, Ti-6Al-4V sheet is widely used in aerospace, defense, medical, and high-performance engineering industries.
