Product Introduction

Titanium impeller is the main component of titanium fan. The advantage of titanium material is that it works in humid atmosphere and seawater medium, and its corrosion resistance is much better than that of stainless steel; its resistance to pitting corrosion, acid corrosion and stress corrosion is particularly strong.

Titanium fan/chemical centrifugal fan, titanium alloy fan centrifugal fan, using the new material titanium as the medium to take advantage of the good corrosion resistance of titanium, not affected by the atmosphere and seawater. Under normal temperature, it will not be corroded by dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, nitric acid or dilute alkali solution; in order to improve the corrosion resistance of titanium, surface treatments such as oxidation, electroplating, plasma spraying, ion nitriding, ion implantation and laser treatment have been developed. The technology enhances the protective effect of the titanium oxide film and obtains the desired corrosion resistance effect. A series of corrosion-resistant titanium alloys such as titanium-palladium(GR7), titanium-molybdenum-nickel(GR12), etc. which have been developed to meet the needs of metal materials in the production of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, methyl ammonia solution, high-temperature wet chlorine gas and high-temperature chloride.

High thermal strength

The operating temperature is several hundred degrees higher than that of aluminum alloys, and the required strength can still be maintained at moderate temperatures, and it can work for a long time at a temperature of 450 to 500 °C. The specific strength of aluminum alloy decreases significantly at 150 °C. The working temperature of titanium alloy can reach 500 ℃, and the working temperature of aluminum alloy is below 200 ℃.

Exellcent corrosion resistance

Titanium alloy works in humid atmosphere and seawater medium, and its corrosion resistance is much better than stainless steel; its resistance to pitting corrosion, acid corrosion, and stress corrosion is particularly strong; it is resistant to alkali, chloride, chlorine, organic substances, nitric acid, sulfuric acid etc. have excellent corrosion resistance. However, titanium has poor corrosion resistance to media with reducing oxygen and chromium salts.

Good low temperature performance

Titanium alloys can still maintain their mechanical properties at low and ultra-low temperatures. Titanium alloys with good low temperature performance and extremely low interstitial elements, such as GR6(TA7), can maintain a certain plasticity at -253 °C. Therefore, titanium alloy is also an important low-temperature structural material.
