Product Introduction
Aluminum alloys are widely used in aerospace, transportation, shipbuilding, electronics, and industrial applications due to their low density, excellent thermal conductivity, and good electrical conductivity. However, aluminum alloys exhibit relatively poor corrosion resistance and limited performance in high-temperature environments.
Titanium alloys, on the other hand, offer exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent impact resistance, and superior performance in aggressive environments such as seawater. Their primary disadvantage is the relatively high material cost.
Titanium Clad Aluminum Bar combines the advantages of both materials by metallurgically bonding a titanium outer layer with an aluminum core. The result is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and cost-effective composite material that is particularly suitable for marine engineering, electrochemical systems, power transmission, and other demanding industrial applications.
